This teaching, training, and outreach ministry is dedicated to “making disciples of all nations,” Matthew 28:19  ….all things are become new II Cor. 5:17.

 Visionary:

The Reverend Linda J. Payne is the Founder and Visionary of this ministry that is still unfolding under the leadership of the Holy
Spirit. The vision was conceived over a year ago, and the ministry was established by God May, 2007.
Rev. Linda Payne is a God-inspired, ordained preacher and teacher committed to spreading the liberating, transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations for such a time as this. Esther 4: 14.

Transforming Life International Ministries and Outreach strives to Empower God’s people through Education, Bible Based Teaching, and Enrich lives through programs and outreach efforts that address the socio-economic, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual needs of all persons, families, and communities at home and abroad. The ministry also strives to assist and consult local churches (newly created and established) in the development of relevant ministries that address the needs of their communities.
